About TaxiNomic
TaxiNomic is a business-performance and bookkeeping tool designed for taxi drivers to record weekly income, cash/card reconciliation, expenses and working hours. Know what you earn. Know what you keep.
Ordinary transaction records and settings are stored locally on this device. Receipt photos are stored locally in the browser/app database. The app does not currently provide cloud account sync.
Adjusted Weekly Net is a management estimate. It can include allocated recurring or periodic costs and is not a tax calculation.
Feedback / Bug Report
For beta testing, describe what happened and copy the prepared report. It contains the app version and device/browser information, but it does not include your income amounts, expense amounts, notes or receipt photos.
A permanent public support email will be added before the production Google Play release.
Beta Privacy Notice
Local bookkeeping data. Income, expense, taxi-hour and app-setting data are stored on the device in browser/app storage. Receipt images are stored locally in the device's browser/app database.
Backups and exports. Backup JSON and CSV files are created only when you request them. You control where those exported files are stored or shared.
Feedback. The built-in beta feedback report does not automatically transmit bookkeeping records. It prepares text for you to copy and share voluntarily.
No cloud sync in this beta. This release does not provide a TaxiNomic cloud account or automatic cloud backup.
This in-app notice describes the current beta build. A final externally hosted privacy policy and developer contact details are required before production release.
Beta Terms of Use
This beta is provided for testing and bookkeeping assistance. You remain responsible for checking entries, maintaining supporting documents and keeping independent backups.
Weekly allocated expenses and Adjusted Weekly Net are business-management estimates. They are not tax returns, tax advice or a determination of deductible expenses.
Do not rely on the app as the only copy of financial records. Export backups regularly.
These are beta-use terms, not the final production legal terms. Final terms should be reviewed before commercial launch.
